Here is the glittering blue-white star Vega again, which you’ll see ascending over your northeastern horizon each evening now. Don’t see it? Wait another hour. Long before midnight on the clock, you’ll see Vega sail into view.

Vega is sometimes called the “Harp Star.” because it lies in the constellation Lyra the Harp. The constellation Lyra is easy to see because it’s small and compact. Many people see it as a little triangle set on top of an oblique parallelogram.

In Greek mythology, Lyra represents the lyre or harp of the musician Orpheus. It was said that when Orpheus played this instrument, neither mortal nor god could turn away.

    Hello whoever you are.

Space technology as a whole is a terrifically fasinating subject and many inventions have been made to peer into the vast unknown to discover more knowledge for mankind to understand.

What I am curious about is why the Hubble Telescope cannot be made much more powerful to uncover mysteries of space?

Because there is so much information relating to space exploration, to the layman like me, it become mindblowingly impossible to unravel the comlexities of information to locate what information one needs.

Is it possible to create a basic website that enables the layman to understand more fully, before progressing to the more technical issues that lay out there.

I am fasinated about the very likelihood of life on other planets. But on which planet(s)?? Of the many millions of stars, planets, galaxys & solar systems, even with just 0.00001% of a chance for life to be sustainable elsewhere other than earth, it just must be possible.

Of the millions of species here on earth, what are the chances the life on other planets will be the same. Absolutely zero!

    Can life exist without oxygen?

    Regards,

    CJ
